Our PTFE rod is available in various diameters and lengths. On coil or reel with production lengths, straight lengths of 1000/2000/3000 mm or on customer-specific cut lengths. For applications requiring an exact diameter and roundness, we recommend grounded rod. This rod is processed after extrusion so desired diameter and roundness are guaranteed.

PTFE is a low friction fluoropolymer with outstanding chemical and weathering resistance.

• Has no slip-stick characteristics
• Static & dynamic coefficients are equal
• Nothing sticks with any strength to unheated surfaces
• UV stabilized
• 3/32" to 6" virgin grade, 3/16" to 2" also available in a mechanical grade
• Temperature range: -20°F to 500°F
• Virgin material meets FDA & USDA standards
• 3/32" to 2" standard 6' lengths & 2-1/4" to 6" Standard 1' lengths
• Both grades sold in 1' intervals
